THANK YOU – At this time of thanksgiving, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for all the thoughts, prayers, cards and e-mails we are receiving from members of St. Columba during my current illness. Your love and support, along with our faith that God is guiding us, is giving our family the strength to continue along this latest journey. George joins me in wishing every one of you God’s blessing for a Happy Thanksgiving. Elaine H
THIS WEEK we were saddened to learn of the death of The Rev. Norman Hutchinson, first minister of St. Columba Church. Rev. Hutchinson passed into eternal life on July 6th at the age of 82. He is fondly remembered for his sense of humour, his stories, and his heart for the church. Norman was truly a servant of God. Please remember his wife, Muriel and the family in prayer.
